Manufacturing Plant Grand Opening

Mission - plan. design and manage a manufacturing plant grand opening, including formal grand opening event, plant tours, lunch for approximately 300 attendees, dinners over a three day period.

Solution - the three day event was attended by employees and guests from all over the world. EDI managed guest lists and arranged for transportation and accommodations for out of town guests. Staging for the event, as well as, luncheon arrangements for attendees were also coordinated by EDI. Offsite dinners for senior management and guests were arranged as well as a day at Keeneland Horse Park.
